The essence of our transactional practice is embodied in the roots of the word “transact” itself which is a combination of the Latin “trans” meaning “through” and “agere” meaning “to act”. Together they mean, “To accomplish, carry through an act”. Through counseling, guidance, knowledge and experience our transactional team provides direction to our clients by planning, structuring and executing transactions in order to accomplish their personal and business objectives.
