Jim Fletcher is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Jim’s practice focuses on business litigation, personal injury litigation, and community association litigation.
Jim received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kennesaw State University, and Associate of Science in Business and Information Technology from Macon State College.
Jim is a member of the Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association, where he has served as a Vice Chair of both the Business Litigation and the Commerical Transportation Litigation Committees, and served on the Task Force for Diversity in the Profession.
In 2007, Jim received the Recognition Award from the ABA's Employment Law Section for his efforts promoting awareness of employment law.
Jim is a contributing author to the Georgia Superior Court Domestic Violence Benchbook (3rd Ed. 2008)
Jim is married to Sara Catherine Barnhart Fletcher, and has two children.
