Matthew Rosenkoff is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Mr. Rosenkoff’s practice focuses on the representation of clients in commercial disputes, including business litigation and construction litigation. Mr. Rosenkoff has also previously represented clients in real estate litigation and complex commercial litigation.
Matthew received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, with honors, in 2005 and his B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 2002. He was selected in 2005 as a member of the Emory University School of Law Order of Emory Advocates and is a former member of the Emory University School of Law Moot Court Society; Moot Court Special Team for Securities Litigation; and Moot Court National Team. He is admitted to the bar of the State of Georgia and the State of Florida and is a member in good standing with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Georgia Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining W&S, Matthew was an associate in the litigation department at Bilzin, Sumberg, Baena, Price & Axelrod LLP in Miami, Florida.
