Matthew Carlton is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office.  His practice focuses on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, General Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation.  Mr. Carlton is a 1999 graduate of Emory University Law School, and received his B.A. in history from Emory University in 1996.  Mr. Carlton served as law clerk to the Hon. Robert E. McDuff, State Court of Cobb County from 1999 until 2001. Mr. Carlton joined Weinstock & Scavo, P.C. in 2001.

Mr. Carlton is admitted to practice in the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Maine.  Mr. Carlton is admitted to the state bar in Georgia and Maine.
