Patrick I. Lucas is a transactional associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. He concentrates his practice on the representation of public and private real estate development companies, resort development companies, and marketing companies. He also practices in the areas of general corporate, business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, conduit lending, construction lending, securitized transactions, commercial and residential real estate.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Lucas owned and operated a full service restaurant in Stone Mountain Georgia.
Mr. Lucas was the recipient of the 2001 CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in the study of International Business Transactions.
Mr. Lucas is admitted to practice law in the States of Georgia, New York, and New Jersey. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
